The basics

This site is operated by Tipsy Pig. By accessing it you confirm you're old enough to enter a contract in your country and that the information you give us is accurate.

Orders

• All drops are limited and sold on a first-come basis.
• An order is only confirmed once you've received an order confirmation email from us.
• We may cancel and refund any order if a product is mispriced or out of stock — you'll be notified by email.
• Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Intellectual property

All artwork, photography, copy and the Tipsy Pig name and logo are owned by us. Please don't reproduce them for commercial use without written permission. Tagging us on social — encouraged.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, attempt to compromise its security, scrape it at scale, or post abusive content. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders if these terms are broken.

Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate and available, but we can't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
