Shipping & Returns
We ship small batches, by hand, from our studio. Here's everything you need to know — written in plain English, no fine print games.
Shipping
- UK: Tracked 48 — £4.50, free over £75. 2–3 working days.
- Europe: From £9.95. 4–7 working days.
- Rest of world: From £14.95. 7–14 working days.
- Orders are packed within 2 working days. Drop days run a little longer — we'll always email you tracking.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at pigs@tipsypig.co.uk. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong, so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care goods, hazardous materials and gift cards. Sale items are also non-returnable. Get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It can take additional time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, email pigs@tipsypig.co.uk.
